How do I send you my bank statements?
Each month you upload your bank statement, as a PDF or CSV, to your own private, secure folder that only you and Belote Bookkeeping can access. Feel free to black out all but the last 4 digits of your account number. Please don't email statements: your financial data never sits in an email inbox.
What if you're not sure how to categorize a transaction?
I don't guess. Anything I'm unsure about goes on a short review list that I send you, and I finish categorizing once you answer.
What reports do I get each month?
A profit and loss statement, a balance sheet and a cash summary, plus easy-to-read charts and key numbers on how your business is doing. They're waiting in the same private folder, and at year end you have clean, tax-ready books.
